<p>It’s often already there in year one.</p>
<p>If, after a year of working together, mutual trust is not translated
into longer-term commitment,
that says something.</p>
<p>After twelve months, you know how someone works.
Whether there is quality.
Whether there is dedication.
Whether there is a genuine fit.</p>
<p>If maximum flexibility is chosen again,
that is not coincidence but a decision.</p>
<p>Three years of always being ready,

<p>Attention slows things down. And precisely because of that, you start to see
where things rub, where assumptions hide, and where you are fooling yourself.</p>
